Hello there, I need some advice for CMS website software I own. It is basically installed by clients on their servers or I install it for them. I'm thinking of moving it as a cloud-hosted app somewhere in the US with hosting plans for clients and would appreciate advice on what things I need to consider in setting this up. I've considered options with self-managed Linux servers at cartika and then have to think about using awbs with my own website design to connect to it and Cpanel/whm etc. I'm thinking of a cost-effective and stable way to do this as business grows without having to do major migrations in future. That is why hosting a s a cloud-app came to mind? Idea is a client picks a hosting plan for the CMS and orders it through the website. Once the order goes through the CMS is immediately auto-provisioned/installed using a sub-domain or using customer's own domain. I would appreciate pointers on how to go about this.
