Yeah even when your site is huge the large ammount of categories can be daunting to your users and they wont know where to post! If they feel this way, they may not post at all.

Yeah, I'd say for 130 members you only need yourself and another one or maybe two moderators to keep everything running smoothly, when you get around 300 then you can start to think about more :)

Yeah the paid posting used to be a good option to start with as the rates where higher, gaining more quality posts. Now everyones on the bandwagon and you can get like 10 posts for $1 etc..

Yeah without users your site would be nothing, users are the most important and having a GOOD user base of friendly, knowledgable people like we have here ;) Makes a great community IMO!

Yep, thats a great idea but I'd only use it as a last resort if the spam gets really bad, a lot of people wont want to wait for the admin to validate them and go elsewhere.
