Cheap VPS for VPN Setup? (WireGuard/OpenVPN)

Hi, I need a budget VPS mainly for setting up a personal VPN using WireGuard or OpenVPN.
Doesn’t need huge resources — 1–2GB RAM is fine—but must have good network speed and unlimited or high bandwidth.
Privacy-friendly provider preferred. Can I rely on HostNamaste vps hosting solutions? Budget under $10/month.
