Dedicated servers in Europe?

Does anybody know a reliable provider of dedicated servers in Europe?
My special needs (at least for the European market ):

• OS: RedHat Enterprise or CentOS (3 or 4)
• At least 1000 GB traffic without any tricks like "n GB but only at the first IP"
• SCSI available

No control panel needed but reliable network and support if needed (rarely).

I suppose that it will be reasonable to do Google search on European web host, compare all the places and choose the best one for your specific needs.
