Very nice design to these forums and the icons for the forum sections set it off greatly. The logo is nicely designed too and fits in well.

The advertisements are placed good aswell not over-bearing which will go along way.

If i were you id focus on SEO(search engine optimization) now and get lots of traffic coming.
