Please Review my sports video sharing website, I've had this site for over a year now and I'm still not getting users they way I think I should get, please take a look at it and let me know what you think or what I could do better with it.

That looks like a really nice site!! maybe if you add some graphics like "Join our site" or something to entice visitors? where is the majority of your traffic coming from?
 
search engines mostly, I use a trafic exchanger called fivehits.com but I've been reading that google can ban you if you use that sort of stuff, so I'm probably going to stop using that. ALso I"m redoing the graphics on it so hopefully it will look better.

Your site is excellent. Looks very professional and as a sports fan I saw plenty of videos I really liked. The page was slow to load initially, but that may just be my browser.

I'm very surprised that you aren't getting enough visitors. I suggest spreading the word around in forums and asking people to market your site for you (i.e. friends). I gave your site a positive review on stumble upon, so hopefully that helped!
