Yep, Get in there and get your hands dirty! I love learning hands-on... Reading books and stuff usualy bores me, and if someone tells me how to do it, I'll be able to do it a couple of times then nope, forgotten! Do it myself on my terms, I'll do it all day long :D

Yeah I thought the same at first but when I tried it, seems to work pretty well... You get a LOT of vistiors, not many end up signing up though, but hey every member you get is worth it :)

Haha yeah, forum rules can be hard. In my oppinion I believe you should stick to a SMALL ammount of rules, especially when the forum is small. If you have too many rules you will appear far too strict to your members, just get a few rules that are broad like "No spamming" this enforces the...

Nice! I love to watch TV on my PC but ever since I upgraded to windows XP years ago my TV tuner hasnt worked so that got binned a long time ago... probably about 4 pc's ago haha :P

I've had pretty good results on my forums from using Digg, I only digg articles though not just plain spam them with my forum haha!

Yeah thats a good idea, if you make an account for adsense under your parents name then you can use their tax ID, with their permission of course :)
